We usually email final documents to the primary booker on your reservation 7–14 days before departure (when your trip starts). If we’re awaiting any final confirmations, we’ll let you know and you can expect to receive your documents as soon as we get those final confirmations.
Your air tickets (if applicable) will be sent to you as soon as the airline issues the tickets with your name. This could be a few weeks in advance of your trip. When received, please confirm that all information and spellings are correct in order to avoid any trouble checking in and boarding your flight.
Your final documents will include a more detailed itinerary, emergency contact information, and more details about your trip.
