Canceling a trip

To cancel your trip, please contact us by email at or by phone with our Customer Service Team during business hours with your invoice number and the names of all guests that need to cancel. We will need to confirm your identity before we complete the cancellation.


Before canceling, we recommend you review our Terms & Conditions to understand any applicable cancellation charges or fees based on the timing of your cancellation. Any refunds due will be issued in the form of future travel credits. Once the tour begins, we are not able to provide credits for any unused parts of the tour.
