You can make changes to your trip up until the final payment due date by calling our Customer Service Team during business hours.
If you’re looking to change tours or departure dates before your final payment due date, you can transfer your non-refundable deposit to a new booking with no change fees! If you’re not ready to set up your new booking yet, normal cancellation terms will apply.
When rebooking, you may find your new tour or departure date is a different price. Your balance due will be adjusted accordingly so if your new tour is more expensive, you’ll pay that higher price, and if your new tour is less expensive, you’ll pay that lower price! If there are any overages already paid, we’ll issue you a future travel credit for the difference between what you paid and your new balance.
(Note: You can’t cancel and rebook the same tour and departure date to take advantage of a new or different promotion. In this case, standard cancellation terms apply to your original booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.)
For any changes made after the final payment due date, a change fee of $100 per person per change will apply. In addition to our change fee, there may be fees and/or fare differences assessed by our partners (like airlines or hotel partners) that you will also be responsible for. Once a trip is in motion, no changes can be made.
