You can make changes to your trip up until the final payment due date by calling our Customer Service Team during business hours.
If you need to change who your travel companion is, you can do so with a $100 change fee. If you’re looking to change tours or departure dates before your final payment due date, you can transfer your non-refundable deposit to a new booking with a $150 per person change fee! If you’re not ready to set up your new booking yet, normal cancellation terms will apply.
When rebooking, you may find your new tour or departure date is a different price. Your balance due will be adjusted accordingly so if your new tour is more expensive, you’ll pay that higher price, and if your new tour is less expensive, you’ll pay that lower price! If there are any overages already paid, we’ll issue you a future travel credit for the difference between what you paid and your new balance.
(Note: You can’t cancel and rebook the same tour and departure date to take advantage of a new or different promotion. In this case, standard cancellation terms apply to your original booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.)
After the final payment due date, no changes can be made.
