Sometimes there can be issues in receiving emails in your browser from an unknown domain name. In those cases, you can go through a process of whitelisting (also known as allowlisting or safelisting) a particular domain so that your email server will trust that domain and keep emails from going to spam or not being received at all.
If you are having issues receiving emails from smarTours, we have gathered links and instructions below on how to whitelist the smarTours domain on some of the most popular email providers.

- Whitelist a domain:
- Find the email address of someone you want to whitelist.
- Open your SBCGlobal Address Book and then click the Add Contact button.
- Fill in the From address in the space provided.
- Click in the Save Contact button.
- Or, Add a Filter
- Open your mailbox.
- Select Options on the top right hand side > Mail Options > Filters > Add Filter.
- Select Filters.
- Click "Add Filter".
- In the top row, labeled From Header, select contains from the pull down menu. Enter the address in the text box next to the pull down menu.
For Embarqmail (i.e. Centurylink/Centurytel).
- To edit your list of trusted e-mail addresses:
- On the main page, click Settings.
- Select Internet > E-mail filtering.
- Click Allow senders. The Allow senders settings page opens.
- Choose one of the following actions:
- To add a new e-mail address:
- Click Add. The Add sender/domain dialog box opens.
- In the Address field, enter the e-mail address or domain name (smartours.com) from which you want to allow e-mail messages. You can add a short description for the new address in the Description field.
- Click OK. The new e-mail address is now shown on your allowed senders list.
- To edit an e-mail address:
- In the list, select the e-mail address you want to edit, and click Edit. The Edit sender/domain dialog box opens.
