Unfortunately, we can’t give payment extensions. Your tour package is made up of many components from flights and hotels to entry tickets, buses, and restaurant reservations. We work hard to negotiate deadlines as close to the departure date as possible. Our final payment due dates range from 60–125 days before departure so we can finalize all these components and lock in the best prices for you.
If you fail to make your final payment on time, we’ll make multiple attempts to reach you. If we aren’t able to reach you within a 10-day period of your final payment due date, your booking will be canceled. We know life happens, so as long as you make your final payment within 10 days of your final payment due date, we won’t charge a late fee! If you know you won’t be able to make your final payment on time, please call us and let us know.
