Editing Your Information

Your personal information is held in two places on the smarTours page.

Account Page

On your Account Page, you will find a lot of information regarding your upcoming trips. You can also edit your information from this page. Here are step by step instructions on how to do that.

1. From smarTours.com, click on Account in the top righthand corner of the screen.
2. Once your Account Page loads, click on Edit Your Profile under your name near the top of the page.
3. Once the Profile Page loads, you will see all of the information that we have for your profile. From here, you can edit any of the following:
   1. Password
   2. Name *
   3. Email address
   4. Mailing address
   5. Phone number
   6. Communication preferences
4. Once you have made the desired edits, click Save Your Info on the bottom lefthand part of the screen to save your changes.

* PLEASE NOTE: Your name should match the name on your Passport.

Booking Page

On the Booking Page, you will find all of the information that is relevant to a specific booking. You can edit some information on this page.*

1. From smarTours.com, click on Account in the top righthand corner of the screen.
2. Once your Account Page loads, scroll down to Booking Activity.
3. Click on Update Traveler Info next to the relevant booking.
4. Once the Booking Page loads, you will see all of the information that we have for your booking. From here, you can edit any of the following.
   1. Address
   2. Passport information
   3. Emergency contact
   4. Dietary and medical information
   5. Flight arrival and departure info
5. Once you have made the desired edits, click Save Details on the bottom lefthand part of the screen to save your changes.

* PLEASE NOTE: You can edit some information here, but your name and email can only be edited via the Account page. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, and you cannot remember your password, please reach out to our call center at 1-800-337-7773.
