Schedule changes typically take place weeks or even months prior to departure. Minor changes (such as a flight number change, or a small time change that doesn’t create an uncomfortable connection) will be accepted and the Exito team will notify your entire party. If the change is more significant and there are concerns it could impact your independently booked ground arrangements and/or create an uncomfortable connection, Exito will reach out to you first to ascertain your preferences and find a suitable alternative.
