What to know before booking flights with Exito Travel

As our preferred air partner, you can be confident that Exito Travel is familiar with our tours and can help you find the best flights to get you on your trip. Your Exito Travel specialist will need to know some of the following details: 

  • What tour and departure you’re traveling on 
  • What airport(s) you want to start and end your trip from
  • What dates you’d like to fly (if you plan to extend your trip or visit additional destinations) 
  • How many people you need a flight quote for 
  • What airport you’d like to fly from to start the tour, and what airport you’d like to fly to at the end of the tour (these two airports do not need to be the same)
  • Any special requirements or requests (these can include your preferred airline, special meals, seat preference, and more!)

 

Any payments, questions, or flight emergencies can be directed to your dedicated specialist at Exito Travel, or to their 24/7 emergency helpline (which you’ll have access to beginning 72 hours before departure). Should there be an airline disruption that impacts your ability to join your tour on time, please contact Exito for assistance. Rest assured if your re-booked flight impacts your ability to join our tour, Exito Travel will keep us informed and we’ll let your tour director know so they can reach out to you with new details for how to join the tour once you arrive in-destination.

 

Please note that Exito Travel provides luggage restrictions based on the international flights they provide. Don’t forget to check our Baggage section on the Before You Depart page to find out if there are any restrictions or additional details you should know before traveling. Some tours have internal flights with different luggage restrictions or require you to have an overnight bag if we need to ship your luggage from one city to the next.
