Can you earn airline miles and enjoy airline membership perks when booking flights with Exito Travel?

Yes! You can earn points/miles, and enjoy the normal perks of any frequent flier status you have. Plus you can earn the same credit card points if you have a credit card with elevated earning levels for travel purchases. There are certain fares that may have decreased mileage accrual, but this will be indicated in the initial quotation and an alternative will be offered with standard accrual levels.

What if there is a schedule change for your flight?

Schedule changes typically take place weeks or even months prior to departure. Minor changes (such as a flight number change, or a small time change that doesn’t create an uncomfortable connection) will be accepted and the Exito team will notify your entire party. Booking airport transfers for your Exito Travel-booked flights

Unfortunately, neither Exito Travel nor smarTours are able to provide airline transfers for travelers on our tour-only packages (including those with Exito Travel-booked flights).
