To cancel your trip, please contact us by email at cancel@smarTours.com or by phone with our Customer Service Team during business hours .

You can make changes to your trip up until the final payment due date by calling our Customer Service Team during business hours. If you need to change who your travel companion is, you can do so with a $100 change fee. If you’re looking to change tours or departure dates before your final payment due date, you can transfer your non-refundable deposit to a new booking with a $150 per person change fee! If you’re not ready to set up your new booking yet, normal cancellation terms will apply....

Unfortunately, we can’t give payment extensions. Your tour package is made up of many components from flights and hotels to entry tickets, buses, and restaurant reservations. We work hard to negotiate deadlines as close to the departure date as possible. Our final payment due dates range from 60–125 days before departure so we can finalize all these components and lock in the best prices for you.
