How do I sign up for the complimentary airport transfers?

We’ll email you a form to provide your flight details at least 60 days before your trip so you can sit back and we'll take care of the rest. Missed the email? Just give us a call and our team is happy to help!

Can I choose a different airport for my arrival or departure?

To keep things running smoothly and minimize wait times, our complimentary transfers are organized as group transfers to and from a designated airport. If you'd like to fly into a different airport, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. Need help finding a private transfer? I have other plans before or after my tour. Can a complimentary transfer take me to another hotel or address?

Our complimentary transfers are small-group transfers between a designated airport and hotel. If you need to travel to or from another location, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. I booked a pre-tour night. Will the transfer take me directly to the hotel where my tour starts?

Yes, as long as your pre-night stay is booked through smarTours and at one of our designated hotels, your transfer will take you directly to the hotel where your tour begins.

I'm adding extra days to my trip. Can you still provide airport transfers?

Our complimentary transfers cover your arrival and departure on the first and last day of your smarTours services (including any pre- or post-nights you’ve purchased with us). If you're extending your trip independently, you'll need to arrange your own airport transportation for those extra days. Need a suggestion? My flight arrives early in the morning at the beginning of my tour. Can I still use the complimentary transfer?

Absolutely! We'll be there to pick you up, even if your flight arrives early. Just keep in mind that your hotel room might not be ready right away. No worries though, you can usually store your luggage and head out to explore until check-in.

I have a late flight at the end of my tour. Can I still use the complimentary transfer?

Yes, as long as the transfer takes place on the day your smarTours services end, you are eligible for a complimentary transfer from our last hotel to the airport. Please note that check-out at hotels is typically prior to 12 PM, but you can store your luggage with the front desk until it is time for your transfer.

What if my flight is delayed?

Our local partners monitor flight arrivals. However, it's best to contact our customer support team or the local team as soon as possible if you experience a significant delay.

What type of vehicle will be used for the transfer?

The transfer vehicle will depend on the number of travelers arriving at a similar time. It could be a car, van, minibus, or motorcoach.

Where do I meet the driver at the airport?

After you collect your luggage, you'll find your driver holding a smarTours sign in the arrivals hall. Detailed instructions and contact information will be provided in your pre-departure documents.

Can I request a private transfer?

Our complimentary transfers are group transfers. We aren’t able to accommodate private transfers yet, but recommend checking with [Welcome Pickups](https://www.book-online-transfers.com/en/smartours-airport-taxi) for a private transfer.
